Running a business can be all about having all your ducks in a row. Managing so many things at once can feel overwhelming at times and there is also the risk of missing something important.

At Wonderful Websites we landed on the perfect fit. Rukovoditel is a free Project Management Open Source Software Solution. It allows us to create Projects for each client and then assign tasks against those Projects.

Each task is then allocated to a staff member. There is the ability to comment on the task and create ‘to do’ lists. We also can give the task a priority for those urgent items and then mark them as completed when done.
