There is something about small town communities, and we love that Salute Oliva has a story to tell. They moved over from Switzerland to a little town in North Central Victoria called Boort. For those of you who know me, you will also know that it is the same town that I am from. Once they arrived in Boort, they launched into creating Salute Oliva which not only produces beautiful products but is also one of the most well known tourism operations in the area.
