Can you help me get a domain name?
Yes, we can search for your preferred domain name, and come up with some alternatives if your preferred domain name is taken. Once you are happy with the domain name, we can register it on your behalf.
How do I get my website on the internet?
Once your domain name is registered, you will also need a website hosting account. We can also do this on your behalf – most straight-forward websites only require a base package. More complex sites, such as an online shopping cart with a large number of products, will require a larger bandwidth.
Once your website is complete, we also help with submitting your site to the search engines. Whilst we can’t guarantee that your website will be at the top of the list on Google, we can do certain tricks to help your search engine placement.
Do you offer email accounts?
Our website hosting packages also include unlimited email accounts. We are now able to offer technical support for setting up your accounts on your devices.
Once I have my domain name and hosting account, what happens now?
This is when the fun begins…we can start building your website! You can start thinking about what you want on your website and send it through. This includes branding, photos, content, contact details and anything else you think we might need.
Of course we are happy to meet with you at any stage to discuss the process.
How long does the process take?
A basic website can take as little as a day. More complex sites take a little longer and may take a couple of months to complete. We are aware that you are always working in your business, so appreciate that you sometimes need time to get back to us.
Will I get a chance to comment along the way?
Yes. You will be able to view the website during the build process. We encourage your feedback and we won’t be satisfied until you are!
How much does a website cost?
This is a tricky one to answer as every website is different. Our fees are based on an hourly fee, as well as domain name registration, website hosting and SSL certificate which will be due for renewal every one or two years.
Obviously static sites that are purely for advertising your services or products will not cost as much as eCommerce sites with many products or those sites that have extensive functionality such as online bookings.

I would like to update my website myself. Is this possible?
We build CMS (Content Management System) websites using WordPress, which gives you the option of updating your own website. All our clients get complete ownership of their website at completion including all logon details. We also provide detailed instructions on how to make any changes. But don’t worry, if you get stuck, we are only a phone call or email away.
